Hello Hemingway,

I watched this movie a couple friends and it was a lot more entertaining than expected.

I was able to draw a lot of parallels to the high performing team concepts we are learning.

- The first thing I noticed is how he selected the team. He was looking for team alignment and no “egos”.
- He built trust within the team by learning more if each other.
- He allowed productive conflict to occur, including a MA vs MN fight.

Overall it was a great movie and it had me chanting USA 🇺🇸 a few times!
