I promise only one or two more emails. 😊😊
I wanted to tag onto Sharon's post as we read many books & sometimes never is read them ever again. On my coaching call with Marie, I was sharing with her of something that really resonated with me from our quarterly class. It was when Rand was talking and how our minds & skill sets grow of the time of the class. He mentioned if you read the same book at the end of the leadership course that you read at the beginning it will be more value to you. He is so spot on as there have been a couple of books I do tend to read over and my next one is going to be Conscious Capitalism. Really want to see what are the few things that it will bring forward after going through the Stagen course.
As for the 5 Dysfunctions book, the trust part is the area that brought clarity to me and how even though a few people recently broke my trust that it's not everyone.

Hemingway,
I have read the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team about 3 years ago and remembered it being really good. I re-read it this week and was again so impressed with the story and content. I love that Lencioni has created a model that is so logical, simple and memorable. I think there is so much truth in the fact that trust is the basis of a teams’ ability to achieve results together. It is so easy to say ‘I don’t trust that person’, but so much harder to figure out why and how to fix it. This is a great reminder to ensure that our teams foundation is strong in trust.
