Hello Hemingway!

I’m about half way through the book and I’m enjoying it so far. As I mentioned in a previous email, I accepted a new position and will be joining a new team. I particularly paid attention to how Kathryn for the first 2-4 weeks was simply observing and talking to people up and down the organization to get a really good sense of the current status. It’s something I plan to do as I enter this new organization.
