I have read the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team about 3 years ago and remembered it being really good. I re-read it this week and was again so impressed with the story and content. I love that Lencioni has created a model that is so logical, simple and memorable. I think there is so much truth in the fact that trust is the basis of a teams’ ability to achieve results together. It is so easy to say ‘I don’t trust that person’, but so much harder to figure out why and how to fix it. This is a great reminder to ensure that our teams foundation is strong in trust.
