I went over recalibration with my fiancé and he looked at me like I was crazy. lol. I don’t think he got on board with the practice nor will he be implementing it in his professional life. He is a Principal at an Early College High School. He is a true academic and requires peer reviewed research to support any new techniques or frameworks that he incorporates into his professional strategy. I reviewed the portal for any supporting research or documentation and I was only able to find the recalibration core practice sheet. I do have to give him credit though, he is a high performer and what he is doing is working for him.
