Hello Hemingway!

I believe I’m mostly a combination of an Achiever and Pluralistic mindset. I’m opportunity driven and like to leverage my teams to succeed overall. I also understand the importance of a team and the value of other peoples opinions. I enjoy productive conflict and like to debate different ideas and come to a concusses at the end. Although sometimes that is not always possible and a decision needs to be made where I think the Traditional mindset kicks in.
