The combination of these to practices have come in very handy in the last several weeks. I was particularly impressed of how much it came in handy at home. I had one specific heated conversation with my fiancé in which both of these practices came in useful to be able to talk through the issue in hand. Using both practices hand in hand allowed me to be able to articulate my view point and it also allowed me to listen to my fiancé’s view point and come to a compromise. I also used it the performance journal to prepare for the conversation.
