This week I needed to have a conversation with one of my VPs and it was a perfect time to use S B I. We discussed a situation around our labor performance and the behaviour of our executive leaders in how they have been managing our performance and the general impact on the region. The positive aspect was being able to break down the facts and look at the details of the effects. Then we were able discuss a plan to address, while I was also able to install my confidence in this VP around his ability to handle the situation. It turned out to be a great conversation I believe for both of us..
