Hello Hemingway! I hope all of you are doing well.
Meditation is not new to me. I try to meditate either in the mornings before I start my day or sometimes at night to help me fall asleep. It’s a great way to help me stop thinking and allow me to go to bed. I also practice yoga which incorporates focusing on your breath and centering yourself. I have not however used it in the middle of my work day. I’ve gone as far as recalibrating with a couple of breaths but never taking a 10-15 minute break to mediate. It makes perfect sense especially if you are having a stressful day. I’m sure colleagues will be wondering what the heck you are doing with your eyes closed, breathing deep though… lol.
