As I reflect on this last year, it has taken me time to review my one year vision. Please find it below:

My vision for the year is that I will utilize my talents and skills in order to continue to grow. I will create massive Action and help grow my team to take my team to the next level. I will outperform myself from previous years. I will turn the fruits of my labor into ways that I can create an extraordinary quality of life to myself and my family and can contribute to my community in a meaningful way.

Good morning Hemingway!

I’m a bit late with this assignment. I had to completely start over and rethink my 1-year plan. But as they say, better late than never. Talk to you all soon!

One year professional vision:

I will join a company where my passions and personal values are aligned. A company that believes in doing right by their employees, customers, and all other stakeholders. A balance that is driven by integrity, prosperity, and continuous strive for operational excellence. A company that fosters an environment, that through collaboration, will lead to transformational change, creativity, and innovation. A company that provides an opportunity to coach, develop, and mentor future leaders in the organization. The company must either be a start-up where I would be able to build these guiding principles or an established organization where I am empowered through collaboration to effectuate change. Ideally, this company will be environmentally conscious and takes a "green" approach with its operational strategy to minimize the harm or effect on climate change. Concurrently, I intend to embrace my entrepreneur spirit. I see myself getting strategically involved with a start-up, by either investing, being a managing partner, or a combination of both.
