Thank you all! As Chris Willis just said in our teleclass, the work on the personal values and purpose really does a number on you. Or at least it did on me! The scary/exciting part of all of this is that I’m not 100% sure what is my purpose yet! I do know that it it wasn’t where I was or the direction I was going. Once you know that, there is no turning back. Going into the ILP, I knew it was going to be transformational, I just didn’t know to what extent and where exactly it was going to lead me. Giddy-up!

As we have progressed in the ILP, a big focus has been on self-reflection and realigning yourself with what truly matters to you. This article again talks about company values, core ideology, and core purpose of a company. Upon reflection, I’ve decided to re-align myself with a company that I am passionate about and is more aligned with my personal values. It’s a decision that deep down inside I know is right. For the last 5 years, I’ve been part of building an excellent team and a very profitable company. What I’ll miss the most is the people and relationship I’ve build and mentored over the years. I however, feel optimistically excited for my next opportunity and to find a company that has a core purpose and set of values I am more aligned with.
