    Hello Hemingway!

This article, along with the work on personal values, really gave me a lot to reflect. As we have progressed in the ILP, a big focus has been on self-reflection and realigning yourself with what truly matters to you. This article again talks about company values, core ideology, and core purpose of a company. Upon reflection, I’ve decided to re-align myself with a company that I am passionate about and is more aligned with my personal values. It’s a decision that deep down inside I know is right. For the last 5 years, I’ve been part of building an excellent team and a very profitable company. What I’ll miss the most is the people and relationship I’ve build and mentored over the years. I however, feel optimistically excited for my next opportunity and to find a company that has a core purpose and set of values I am more aligned with.

As for as the ILP, I will continue in the program as I research and explore my next opportunity.

    Wish me luck!!!!

    Ricardo
