Over the last couple of weeks, I have looked at what was being asked of the team and our meeting structure. I realized that some of the meetings were not bringing true value to our goals and most time it was about reporting out than true action. Last week during our leadership meeting, I spoke about brining “Awareness into Action”and using the four dimensions of execution. What I found out after my presentation, that many were not being vulnerable when curious about the Why. Once I broke down the disciplined process, it really opened up the dialogue for the higher level engagement to start. Many mentioned to me afterwards that this was the best leadership network meeting they have ever had.
