This has been my favorite part of this program! I feel like if I get this right, everything else will fall into place!

Subject: How to Stay True to My Core Values

Hey Hemingway’ers!

One thing STAGEN has pointed out to me is that I have greater difficulty than I originally thought when staying true to my core values. To me, “staying true” means living them every day, practicing, improving, growing and refining those values. Exercise is a core value but I haven’t spent time exercising in three weeks due to a whole list of busy life things - STAGEN has helped me shed a light on the gaps in my core values and how I treat them. Real dedication to my core values should be at the top of my list every single day, even before all the other fires that need addressed.

Slowing getting a little better every day!
