Hi everyone,

Due to the extension of shelter-in-place restrictions, we have decided to hold Hemingway’s Commencement Workshop and Ceremony in a virtual environment. This will still allow us to come together at a time when leadership is crucial. You will be able to complete your 52-week orientation without interruption and to celebrate one another within this powerful learning community that you have created.

Please continue to hold the following times on April 28:

1:00 – 5:00 pm Final Workshop for Hemingway Participants

5:30 – 6:00 pm Virtual Social Hour for Hemingway Participants

6:00 – 7:30 pm Commencement Ceremony for Hemingway Participants and Guests

NEXT STEPS

· Please cancel any travel arrangements you’ve made to attend the workshop at our Dallas facility and make alternative arrangements to spend the day in an environment that is comfortable and conducive to learning. As a reminder, you will need access to a computer, the internet, and a phone (as an option if you do not wish to use computer audio).

· All of your workshop materials will be mailed to you in advance of the workshop. Please check your profile in the class portal to ensure that your preferred mailing address is correct. If you wish to make any changes, please update the portal or notify support@stagen.com no later than Friday, April 17 at 5pm Central.

· You will be receiving more details about the virtual workshop and ceremony directly from our Operations Manager, Alyssa Montague, by the end of next week.
