   I did a check in with a co worker that is having difficulty hitting their sales numbers. I used active listening and gave feedback using S-B-I. Even though the check in was based on a difficult topic, I believe it was successful because the individual has returned for more constructive feedback and development. Where I can improve for this person will be to make giving feedback more frequent and positively attributive.
