I have always talked shop with my sister about our work lives. We vent, bounce ideas of each other, and share in our successes and failures. Recently she was asking my opinion on how I would have handled a situation that came up at work between her and one of her employees. The drama triangle reared its ugly head in this situation and I was able to help her identify her and her employees role in it and we came up with some ideas on how she could have made a shift then and how she could make a shift moving forward. It wasn't the most organic conversation we had ever had, but nevertheless, it was one of our more productive ones.
