I had been having a very bad week sales wise. from Saturday to Wednesday I only had 2 sales and was getting frustrated. I felt that I needed to take a step back and look at what had changed in my process. Its easy to make mistakes in a "panic mode" and to get distracted with results, or in this case the lack of results, and not stay focused. After taking a step back I realized I had strayed away from my routine and I was either in the reactive zone, or I was waiting to being in the reactive zone, more times than not. I made some productive shifts the second half of the week and from Thursday to Saturday ended up with 5 cars out.
