E Journal Committed Action

I have been focusing on committed action while speaking with customers. I feel as though I have been doing a much better job with delivering effective requests although I am very seldom receiving a firm committed response. If I am able to receive a committed response it is much easier to manage commitments from myself as well as the customer. When a customer does not give me any of the four committed response answer options, they reply with something like "I think I'll be able to do that." I have giving them a time range option to work with. This has helped the customer commit easier. For those who do respond with one of the four it has made communication more effective as well as a faster result.
