Dub, Can you share more about your 3-5 minute mindful meditation exercise. What do you do. Who leads it. Is it always the same flow?
I’m still new to this so trying to test out different ways to find one that I feel comfortable with and benefit from
Thanks for the post. I can relate to the team meetings and the power dynamic. That does complicate it.
