Achiever- Jordan Belfort from Wolf of Wall Street and Harvey Spector from Suits both were all about winning sometimes for no other reason than to beat the other person.

Pluralistic- Mike Ross from suits creates the nice drama between the achiever of Harvey and the millennial Pluralistic Mike.  Linus Caldwell, Matt Damon’s character from Oceans 11.

Traditional- Gibbs from NCIS, Danny Ocean from Ocean’s 11.

Power-Centric- Miranda Priestly from the devil wears Prada and Harry Bosch from Amazon Prime Series Bosch (a cop who likes to push the envelop).

Committed action lapse- We had a small partnership opportunity that popped up during our busy season and there wasn’t an effective request made the deadline on it past without us prioritizing the opportunity.  Understanding the two mindsets of my executives who were involved, a green needing the assistance of the blue who was super committed dealing with current client issues.  I should have seen that the blue was not going to prioritize what seemed like an open-ended request without a clearer reasoning and timeline.
