Good evening, just got home from the Barracuda bar in east Austin where I saw dying fetus play a few sets. The entrance was in an alley and there was a line to get in - I obviously took advantage of this opportunity to speak with a few fellow concert goers knowing it would be hard to have a conversation inside the venue. I spoke with a few boys in their mid-twenties who noticed my friend and I may be a little out of our element. They were super nice! Drove in from Ft. Hood, serve in the military and found death metal because “Christian metal wasn’t hard enough.” Overall, it was a great experience, and while the music was very red, the people were green/blue.
