Hi All,

I lost count of how many times I practiced stop, ground, center yesterday as I was dealing with two polar opposite issues.  I spent the day going back and forth between a friendly compensation negotiation to bring on a super talented executive to my fastest growing company and finding out about and beginning to deal with a very trusted employee at embezzling a bunch of money.  Without recalibrating in between those activities there’s no way i would have been able to keep how pissed off and untrusting I felt from creeping into my dealing with this great hire.
