Gant, I appreciate your post about how effective requests have decreased miscommunications at home. I have had the same experience.
JP, also being on on sabbatical/exploration, your post about applying Positive No to personal activities was useful and thought provoking. I am noticing that when I experience a particular somatic feeling of angst it is the first indicator of a subconscious conflict between or among my values. The Positive No is proving an effective tool for surfacing and resolving that conflict.
