My focus is usually intense.  Genetic.

                Victim<>Creator

Why one or the other?

I have been most purposeful running my own company.
When I chose what to do and who to do it with.
Autonomy.  Vision.  Volition. A yen for the sea. A desired outcome.
Wellsprings of energy.

Why would it be different for my team?
My vision, my way
           -or-
Our vision, their way

Wrong (not necessarily bad) team members drain my energy.
Energy sinks
Be a creator.  Fear not.
Recruit/Remove
