I’ve noticed the company I’m around and the topic can impact my knower vs learner mindset a lot. I tend to default to a knower around my siblings debating opinion topics where the answer doesn’t really matter.  Leads to very unhelpful conversations.  Conversely being around my dad’s business partners where I knew I wanted to ask them about certain topics put me in an intentional learner mindset.
