This explains why I signed up for Stagen after 4 CEO jobs. I love to learn, and to lead a team to achieve goals. It’s interesting to see how my top five have changed after 14 years; The strengths are slightly different, but still form two clusters:
Ideation, Learner and Input go together.
Command, Achiever, Strategic, and Self Assurance form a second cluster.
Knowledge and Execution.
