I have an excellent investor relations guy to whom I give positive feedback all the time. Recently, I’ve been using the SBI model to be very specific about exactly what he is doing that I appreciate. I’ve noticed that he reacts differently
to the specific impact than when I would say something like “you are kicking ass here.” He hones in on the positive impact and aggressively seeks to amplify it. It’s great. I love SBI because unlike so many of the tools and practices we learn, I find it very
easy to use.
