A constant source of frustration for me is when our team is discussing a new or follow-on investment. There are some "loud" voices in the room and we are all excited, curious people. It drowns out some of the other voices or has one person take the hierarchical - I'll listen to everyone else then decide approach. I am not a fan.
We have discussed this as a team, and everyone recognizes it as a challenge - but we fall short as a group of doing anything about it.
I just went online and ordered a catchbox microphone. I branded it for MATH and will use it in larger group settings - but will keep it in our conference room for our Monday meetings when we are discussing as a team. Should arrive in 10 days or so...will let you know how it goes...
