This is really powerful Tony. Thank you for sharing your experience. I recently read The Gratitude Diaries which reminded me to make expressing my gratitude to others a daily habit. I got off track for a couple of weeks, but your thoughtful email encouraged me to reflect on who I could share specific feedback with and who can I express gratitude to. To start, I’m thankful for you and this group.
Best,
Jessica

For me, one of them has been SBI and I share an example from this morning to remind anyone who might have forgotten how it feels to give it, receive it and be in that cycle.

It lead to a deepening feeling of connection and alignment with him, while also unlocking a future opportunity to get him into a home in SF while meeting my financial goals as well.

>As another tax season is in full swing, I wanted to take moment to thank you. I continue to feel fortunate and grateful to have been able to work with you on Nivana. The income from the properties amount to what “we live off” as a family and provides an incredible sense of financial security and stability for me. Your hard work, self guidance, and expertise has been invaluable on this short journey so far, and I wanted to make sure you realize that I continue to appreciate you even though we don’t talk much about the properties. Counting my blessings.

It is rare that someone stops what they are doing to write such a beautiful passage of gratitude and appreciation. I am humbled to hear such words, and eternally grateful to receive them - thank you.

>It has been a mutually beneficial journey for both us - this business model of ours is akin to the phoenix rising from the ashes, in many ways. Just like you, the management fees allows me a monthly basis to cover many of my monthly fixed expenses, providing a comfortable platform for me to focus on and earn sales commissions to cover all my other expenses, including a whole new line item called private tuition. Hana is deserving, so my motivation to work hard to give her the best shots in life are worth every hour.....(it went on from here in great detail)
