Stagen withdrawal - Tahoe January weekend Tony Lillios 20 Aug 2015 19:04 UTC

So we have been on a quarterly gathering cycle and I predict at the end of the year (once the holiday meals settle down) with will start to feel the withdrawal from our quarterly routine.

What I'd like to propose is gathering in Tahoe with a TBD social and learning agenda. I have a couple of extra bedrooms for families/people of 3 or less and next door is a 5 bd/3ba rental unit (http://www.goldfishproperties.com/find_a_rental/incline_property.cfm?leaprentalid=1162) and a few others very close as well.	There is also a Hyatt one mile away (http://laketahoe.hyatt.com/en/hotel/home.html) on the water.

If people are interested (no committal at this point, just looking to gauge interest), please click the "doodle" link below and check which weekends might work for you. I was assuming weekend as I was assuming families included. If you think a mid-week gathering, more days, or other option make more sense, speak up here. Note Jan 16/17th is a 3 day weekend so we could extend and have more time that weekend but it also mean resorts can be more crowded.

I would probably be targeting Northstar as a ski oriented gathering spot (http://www.northstarcalifornia.com) and also a snow shoeing/sledding outing option for non-skiiers.

FYI, The choice of (Yes) - means "if need be"
