Great article Rick.
It is very easy for a person to stay in the "comfort zone” (areas of no challenge or pain), however I completely agree with the saying: “Go where the pain is.”
This is also related to the Trust Formula because I believe that if a team is facing the “pain” together, they will gain more trust as a group.
In the end, it’s a win-win situation.
