Working w my team on 2 nd quarters review I was able to utilize show SBI journals and improvements to impact the team and have clarity around our work and declare breakdowns in very calm manner

We are now working on recommitting process and I see team work and change

We offered reward. All the guys went to gaints game last night and the ladies had mani pedicures
As a team we had Chinese food and laughed at who could use chop sticks.
We talk about SBI over lunch and everyone listened and contributed.
My mindset was present and I let the team energize
