Tony the shift for me over the last two years in using mindsets is not to
label my team as a particular mindset. When peeling back the onion we
have individuals that are made up of all the mindsets. What I am
practicing is framing my conversations to speak to each mindset when
presenting to the team and to the individual mindset.

I also recommend keeping a copy of the Mindsets Quick Reference Cards
printed out and handy. I use this to literally help draft language in my
messaging to each mindset when writing to our entire team or presenting to
clients. My intention around this is to allow each person receiving the
communication identify with the mindset that stands out to them.
