SBI's for today's tele class are:

1. I have a employee who is 25 has and  very capable but always emotional
when she receives feedback from her manager, Her manager Katie is not very
compassionate to her immaturity  has asked me how to address her behavior

2. Laura  is a consultant  paid monthly   fee for a 6 month  contract
decided to take a  20 day vacation  to India  she wants to be paid as she
feels she qued the work up with out  addressing me.  She works independently
on projects and has  she is not slowing anything down but at the same time
she is was not on the calls and did and did not communicate. My controller
does not want to pay her

3. I have 3 employees who do not read, and are not current on trade
information on the  contract hotel side of our business   , how do I get
them to engage in reading.  This is a constant struggle , we have reading
lunches every Thursday we pay for the lunch to help engage in the reading
process.
