Thank you Dumi and Tony
I appreciate your re-cap
I am Tring to be active listener and utilizing a new process on the phone vrs face to face
On the phone I am actively listening and writing notes down and pausing as to not interrupt the talker.
This is a challenge as I act as the knower vrs the learner
The active listening clearly help me in a state of being the learner
I am practicing the process and am working with coach Nathanael
This will be a life time process and am grateful to the practice and awareness.
Slow down to speed up as the coach teaches.
Cheers
Thank you Rebecca
