Addicted to yes and thanks

In case anyone else out there is having challenges saying 'No. No. No. No.', I wanted to share that it's been increasingly challenging for me since we got back because I am forced to say it more now.
My commitment to the 80% club is forcing me to break my habit of "Yes" little by little, by saying 'No' to things that are unique, fleeting, and super enjoyable to make time for the work in the class. In the past, I have rationalized and prioritized most days of how to capture the uniqueness of the place and people I am with often at the expense of Proactive Zone activities.
The commitment to the 80% has resulted in being more direct with expectations with others and stronger commitments to myself. I feel much more relaxed and energized on a regular basis as a result.
So, thanks to those committed to the 80% club as it fuels my own commitment and change.
