SBI positive feedback begets more detailed feedback Tony Lillios 16 Apr 2015 04:51 UTC

Something I have been noticing with my SBI Positive feedback is that that I hear back more specific feedback and often gratitude for the person I am delivering it to. It weirdly feeds a virtuous cycle for me to want to give more positive SBI feedback.

As I have said before, I am usually the guy who is quick with the "You're a Rockstar. You're amazing, etc." but those "accolades" never resulted in the feedback to me I am getting now.

A quick small case in point from today.

I am selling my home in San Francisco and in 3 weeks from vacating a tenant, my agent Kevin (and business partner in another business) arranged a number of contractors that came in on time, on budget and did great work. He also managed the documentation preparation process really well despite both of travel schedules. And he produced a bang up gorgeous informative site for listing. I told him with all this, I felt like I was in good hands and had made a great decision to work with him.

In the past my virtual hi-5 would be met with a short response like, "Always a pleasure". "Thank you." The response this time was more detailed than in the past and made me feel better about giving the specific feedback I did.

From Kevin,

"Thank you Tony — that is really generous of you to say! I feel very lucky and grateful to you to get this fantastic opportunity to work with you again, to give your home the very best representation as possible, and to bring you the very best service - and results - that I can…" (and it goes on from there)
