Recalibration Tony Lillios 23 Mar 2015 07:22 UTC

Recalibration as a term was new for me this quarter while the specific practices and benefits around it were well known to me. I have found in the past aspiring towards multiple significant meditation or yoga sessions became too big a rock. I never chose to prioritize making them part of my schedule for any sustainable period of time.

Recalibration for me has been a 10 minutes or less practice (even going down to 30 seconds). Because I can recalibrate more easily (shorter time and not needing a special location), I have found myself recalibrating more frequently. So while it is with less depth, I find overall, it is much more sustainable and keeps me out my personal "danger zones".
