Hey guy’s,

In the walk the talk practices, I notice that exercising enough to achieve my physical goals is not happening on a frequent basis.
Mentally, I am committed, but when it comes down to actually getting down and dirty with the exercise, I often let something
“more urgent” creep in and fill that time slot.

I re-commit to the group here and now to get back on track with respect to my gap.
