Makes you wonder how George Jetson got hired!

But seriously, I find this as a great motivator to instill entrepreneurship
and innovation upon our families through leading by example and establishing
legacy businesses but also allowing and inspiring our kids to follow their
dreams and be tolerant of the failures they may have......as long as they
learn from those failures.

Team Buffet,

This video stopped me in my tracks. Not sure what to do with the
information, but there are clearly implications for all of us, and we are
seeing these trends now beginning to happen.

I had to share it with you.

It could be one of the most important videos you watch, due to the
implications of all of it for our children and families.

I may have mentioned to you all a TED talk on why 50+ percent unemployment
will be the norm in 10 years (and virtually 100% unemployment for new
college grads.) I can't find it, but will continue to look.

This video explains why. Watch to end.

Prepare your families for this.
