Thank you for you for your honest feedback and our learning of "Yes, NO, Yes" I was able to put into practice last Friday with a real physician prospect.
I was in Los Angeles on Friday meeting with an Oncologist who owned a large practice and discussing our proposal when he asked for a component of service that we don't provide. I clearly remembered my discussion with you and said "thank you for asking for us to offer this service but NO, we don't do this as it is not part of our core competency, but YES, our partner company can provide this service as a separate fee." He appreciated my position and is now finalizing our proposal so we can take over his account.
I am glad that we had the Buffet call the day before my meeting and was able to apply what I learned from your feedback and the class.
