Since our teleclass I said no  3 Times.
Here is one example

   I am often asked by different companies as well as sales reps in the hospitality industry to assist them with their marketing and sales plan .My giving nature is to assist him .

Yesterday I received a telephone call from an independent sales rep in the bed and bath sector and  hé asked me if he could invite me for dinner with the owner of the new  line he has added to his collection
He asked me to assist him in the direction he needs to go for marketing and sales of his company as he's never been in the hospitality industry .

I graciously said  thank you so much I would love to go to dinner  but just returned from being out of the country for three weeks and my travel schedule is quite hectic for the next two months

I offered to assist him but not his new company and empowered him to look at his others lines and what they do. I offered to tell him on the phone the shows that I attend but that !
I could not join them for dinner
And appreciated the offer !

 I then said thank you and was silent !!!

that was a breakthrough for me
