Thank you Thomas after speaking with Nathanael as well he shared with me one word for me to think about.
Compassion you can't push a flower to open
Thar resonated a lot with me this week after being coached by Nathanael and dealing with my employees and my drama triangle.
I have shared the book of Ted with one of my employees and she came over immediately to a problem that I was rescuingabd said that's absolutely not your job Rebecca and they should be bothering with that let me take over and put the operation department in charge to solve this .
I immediately so how I jump right in becoming a wrapped it and solve a problem in our office
We have an open space and there's pros and cons to the open space because you can easily multitask
We've come up with a program called the "butterfly "where we made sticks w little butterflies on top put them on all computers and when we put them up it's the concentration zone do not interrupt and then down
We are taking small steps get people to not have interruptions !
so far this week looks like we are moving along and when the butterflies up nobody is flying in so thank you again and I appreciate all your shares
Thank you Rebecca
