I was much more aware of my attention zones this week. I got so much done earlier in the week than what I could've accomplished in several weeks before the ILP.

By the time Friday came along I was so worn out that I lost focus by midmorning and got very little accomplished the remainder of the day because I let my guard down and I got back into the reactive and distraction zones.

For me it is been very helpful to just be realistic about the fact that I'll always enter those waste, distraction and reactive zones. The trick, for me anyway, is to identify it quickly and spend as little time there as possible.
