Listening to the Attention Management module it became clear.

I deny it.
I hide it.
I fight it.
I tell myself everyone does it.

When I am with those who are not addicted, I observe my own addiction so much clearer.

And the crazy thing is, I am not sure I want to change because I can justify how it serves me.  Seems like I need a much clearer view/feeling of what it costs me.
