It has been quite a first week participating in the Stagen program!

As I read all the emails regarding personal challenges and triumphs from
each of you, I consider myself lucky to be introduced to a program that
includes very accomplished participants but also regular folks facing
similar challenges in our business and personal life.

The "ah ha" moments have been many.  From things that I have done in my past
and have rediscovered here in this first week to simple ways to save time
like email file filtering and turning off the electronic leash have been
quite eye opening.

Going further by taking a deep look at what are my main motivators by
reviewing "the walk the talk" module and documenting weekly will uncover
many things about myself that I have been in search of for quite some time.
The attention module has already brought together efforts that seemed to be
scattered in only one week.  I can't wait to see what week 52 will look
like!

I look forward to learning from all of you and in the process learn more
about myself.
