What's up guys!

I just game filmed an interaction I had today with an employee.  We just lost a client and it was for reasons within our control (in my opinion).   She asked me how my meeting went with the client and I was pretty curt in my response...stating "They were not happy the last few months and that they didn't see value in our services.  We should have managed the relationship better,"  and then I walked away to a meeting/call.  In retrospect, she may have seen me come across as a persecutor (although I could have been much worse).  So I may have missed an opportunity to challenge/coach her going forward in helping her build stronger relationships with her clients.

'Challenging' does not come 100% natural to me, so I need to read up on that and get Nathaniel to help me out.
