Listening to the corporate ADD speech was a great reminder to me get back to the basics. When first being introduced to the concepts I became focused on getting focused however the whirlwind of the everyday minutiae has pulled me away.

A lot of this Stagen practice has been two steps forward and one step backwards for me but overall my awareness has increased tremendously. I am extremely grateful for the corporate ADD speech being placed into our Q3 implementation plan.
