This reflection is an inverse of telling ourselves story where someone who works for me told me a story that people are telling themselves about my expectations that was not my intentions.

People were telling themselves a story that I had a certain expectation that was subsequently taking people out of their way and frankly wasting their time. We have a goal that we are looking to reach and my TEAM knows my expectations with the goal but told themselves a completely different story about how to get there.

This was a lesson for me on how to be more clear in my direction and what areas i need to be looking further into when managing the process
